VINCI Energies acquires Radar Automation

The Radar Automation management are pleased to announce that our company has become a member the worldwide Actemium-network.

Our ambitions to further internationalize our activities and to expand our customer base with acquainted agro-industrial groups are thus significantly strengthened by joining the international VINCI Energies group.

This will allow us to invest more intensively in the development of our industry specific software solutions and make it possible to offer- in cooperation with the local Actemium business units – an appropriate service in all countries where our customers are active.

On September 9th 2015, VINCI Energies Belgium has acquired the company Radar Automation. Radar Automation is active in the animal feed sector. The company will be integrated in the network of Actemium, VINCI Energies’ brand dedicated to industrial processes. 

Radar Automation, located in Deinze, has a long history of and thus rich experience in the development of vertical automation solutions for the compound feed sector. Starting from this experience, the expertise can be applied within other agro-industries as well, such as the fertilizer industry, but also in the food industry and energy sector.

This integration within the Actemium network is an important step in the further development and future of Radar Automation. The expertise and knowledge of Radar Automation perfectly fits in with the expertise currently offered by Actemium in dedicated solutions for the animal feed industry, and thus strengthens Actemium’s position within this segment. In fact, this combined approach allows an extension of the existing Actemium offer with multi-site MES solutions, dedicated ERP functionalities and logistic tools.  

The second branch of Radar Automation, in Bretagne (France) is integrated in the Actemium network as from 09/09/2015 as well.

In Belgium, Actemium is active in the advice, study, realization and support for industrial processes in electricity, instrumentation, automation and assembly, within various industrial market segments (Beer & Beverages, Food, Dairy, Feed, Chemicals, Energy & Environment, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas en Ferro & Non-ferro).
